Deshakthee Lanka Enterprises is the parent company of the group and one of the leading manpower recruiting agencies in Sri Lanka. Located in the center of the Kurunegala city the capital of North Western Province of Sri Lanka, Deshakthee Lanka Enterprises is registered under Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment under the license number 1534.

We have been recruiting Skilled and unskilled manpower for over 12 years to the Middle East, Europe and South East Asian countries.  We started recruiting manpower in 1998 for Hospitality Industry to Maldives and professional, nonprofessional categories and Housemaids to the Middle East. Slowly and steadily we started expanding our business to European and South Eastern countries as well.

As further development of our company, we right now have our own registered Training Centre and a Call center to assist our main office, and also have a back office to furnish complete care for our customers. Also we have a fully computerized data bank with lots of applications orderly saved and with this we are in a much frontward position compared to the supplementary recruitment agencies in the region to furnish applications at any given time on customer request.

On our keenness to expand our company around the world, we opened our sub office in Vietnam and now we are operating our office there for around 4 years. Recently we started another sub office in Nepal as well. We have highly skilled and well trained staff in our Vietnam and Nepal offices and they are well prepared to assist our agents at any time. Both our offices include training centers there to teach them languages and to lift their skill levels. We are planning to establish more sub offices in different countries in the near future.
